Select certificate package

Choose a single seal or a custom module set. Composite certificates are derived from qualifying active certificates.

Complete module evidence

Upload evidence and complete structured questionnaires for ownership, sovereignty, value creation, operations, and governance.

Applicant: Add documents, declarations, structured answers, and ownership graph data. For more complex structures/ventures, custom steps might be required.
TET: Track completeness and prepare the record for review.
Output: Module workspaces with linked evidence and readiness state.

Run checks and reviewer validation

Automated checks can preview ownership calculations and module readiness. TET reviewers validate evidence, risk flags, and manual judgement areas.

Applicant: Request preview assessment or submit once authority and evidence are ready.
TET: Run assessments, review evidence, request clarification, approve, reject, or escalate.
Output: Reviewed module results and a decision-ready application.

Receive public verification page and certificate

Approved applications result in an issued certificate and public verification page that exposes only safe certificate metadata.

Applicant: Use the certificate URL or badge in buyer, partner, and procurement processes.
TET: Issue certificate metadata and maintain status, validity, suspension, and revocation signals.
Output: A public verification page and certificate record.

What applicants should prepare

Good preparation makes the review faster and more predictable. Most applicants should collect legal, ownership, infrastructure, operations, and value-creation evidence before creating a submission.

Legal entity data

Registration number, jurisdiction, legal form, website, VAT ID, LEI if available, and company authority evidence.

Shareholder lists, cap table, beneficial ownership records, voting rights, fund structures, public float, and unknown ownership explanations.
